We are pleased to communicate our participation at the ‘Water, Waste and Energy Management’ Congress (WWEM 24), organized in the end of July of 2024 in Lisbon, Portugal. The 7th International Congress on Water, Waste and Energy Management (WWEM 24) was organized by academics and researchers belonging to different scientific areas of prestigious universities and with the technical support of Sciknowledge European Conferences.
In our presentation, titled “Estimating Fish Microhabitat Positions Using Stereoscopy in Underwater Video Ecohydraulic Studies” we had the opportunity to present segments of our research outcomes, concerning the investigation of freshwater microhabitat conditions with the use of innovative methods. The focus of the presentation was the integration of different approaches, including visual methods and videgrammetry, to enhance our understanding of fish interactions within their environment.
WWEM 24 was a meeting place for academics, researchers and scientists related to Water, Waste and Energy Management. The three-day online and in-person conference itself, included the participation of renowned keynote speakers, oral presentations, poster sessions and technical conferences.
